Nearly 1 in 4 people have a diagnosable mental illness and the consequences are dire.  Access to care is only reaching 50.6% of the population with an overwhelming amount of therapy delivered through a secular lens.  The rate and impacts are high enough for agencies such as the CDC are labeling the current landscape as a “crisis”

We are redefining the path to mental wellness with an approach to therapy that breaks traditional barriers. Hand Over Heart is a Christian Counseling Center that incorporates Biblical worldview teachings coupled with traditional therapy methods.
